1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a Player on the rp8vip platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by rp8vip subject to specific wagering and eligibility conditions.
• "Company" refers to rp8vip and its authorised operators, licensees, and affiliates operating the platform at https://rp8vip.cam.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money from a Player to their Account balance via an approved payment method.
• "Games" means all gaming content available on the rp8vip platform including but not limited to slot machines, live dealer games, sports betting, togel (lottery), sabung ayam (cockfighting), and bandar bola (football sportsbook).
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and document verification process required by the Company before processing withdrawal requests.
• "Platform" means the rp8vip website, mobile interface, and all associated digital services.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered a verified Account on the Platform and uses the Services.
• "Services" means collectively all gaming, payment, customer support, and related digital services provided by rp8vip.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a Player's Account balance to a designated external payment method.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the rp8vip Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be met at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. We do not permit the use of our Services by anyone under this age. Where applicable law in your jurisdiction sets a higher minimum age for gambling activities, that higher age applies.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gaming is lawful in your location.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued voluntarily through rp8vip or by any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• You must not have had a previous rp8vip Account closed for violations of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as the beneficial owner of any funds deposited into your Account. You must not act as a nominee for or on behalf of any third party.

rp8vip reserves the right to request documentation confirming your eligibility at any time and to suspend your Account pending satisfactory confirmation. Misrepresentation of any eligibility criterion is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of balances.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of rp8vip Services, you are required to register a personal Account. The registration process involves providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile telephone number, and residential address in Indonesia.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles rp8vip to terminate your Account immediately, retaining any balance as permitted by applicable regulations.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Opening, using, or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited. The Company employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplication is confirmed, all affected accounts will be permanently suspended and any balances or bonus funds accrued through those accounts forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. You must notify rp8vip immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. rp8vip shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.4 Account Updates

You are required to keep your Account information current at all times. Changes to your name, address, email address, or banking details must be communicated to our support team and may require re-verification of your identity.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

rp8vip operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming obligations.

4.1 Required Documents

Prior to processing your first withdrawal and at any point at our discretion thereafter, you will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP) or equivalent government-issued photo ID.
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months confirming your residential address.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking showing your account number matching the withdrawal destination).
• A clear selfie photograph holding your identity document where enhanced verification is required.

4.2 Processing Time

Standard KYC review is completed within 2–24 hours of receiving a complete document submission. Complex cases or documents requiring manual review may take up to 72 hours. We will communicate the outcome by email to the address registered on your Account.

4.3 Consequences of Non-Compliance

Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request will have their withdrawal function suspended. Extended non-compliance may result in permanent Account closure. rp8vip is not liable for any losses arising from delays caused by a Player's failure to provide adequate documentation.

5. Deposits

rp8vip accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via a range of approved local payment methods. All deposits are credited to your Account in IDR and all wagering takes place in IDR unless a specific game or market states otherwise.

5.1 Approved Payment Methods

Approved deposit methods include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as mobile e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The Company reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum & Maximum Deposit Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Players who are enrolled in the rp8vip VIP programme may be eligible for increased deposit limits upon application to our support team.

5.3 Deposit Processing

The majority of deposit transactions are processed instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. Certain bank transfer methods may require up to 30 minutes during peak banking hours or Indonesian public holidays. rp8vip is not responsible for delays attributable to your bank or payment service provider.

5.4 Deposit Ownership

You confirm that all funds deposited into your rp8vip Account are lawfully owned by you and are free from any connection to criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing. Deposits originating from third-party accounts will be declined and may be reported to relevant authorities.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw

Withdrawals may on ly be requested by Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Account is in good standing. The withdrawal destination must be a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the identity documents on file.

6.2 Processing Times

rp8vip targets the following processing windows, measured from the time the withdrawal request is approved by our payments team:

• BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri: 15 minutes to 6 hours under normal conditions.
• CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon: 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja: 15 minutes to 3 hours.

These timeframes are targets, not guarantees. Processing may be delayed by Indonesian public holidays, scheduled bank maintenance windows, or where additional security checks are required. rp8vip will communicate any material delays to affected Players by email.

6.3 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits are determined by your Account tier and payment method. Players requiring higher withdrawal limits should contact our support team to discuss VIP arrangements.

6.4 Withdrawal Fees

rp8vip does not charge internal fees on standard withdrawal transactions. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which the Company accepts no responsibility.

6.5 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Winnings

Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your Account.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

rp8vip offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms detailing the bonus amount, eligible payment methods, qualifying games, wagering requirement multiplier, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), maximum bet per round while bonus is active, and expiry date.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means a Rp 500,000 bonus requires Rp 15,000,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is achieved).

7.3 Bonus Abuse

rp8vip monitors all accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk wagers to satisfy wagering requirements, hedging bets across markets, opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, or using automated betting software. Where abuse is confirmed, all bonus funds and derived winnings will be forfeited and the Account may be permanently suspended.

7.4 Right to Modify Promotions

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the time of modification will be subject to the terms that were in force at the time of their claim, to the extent reasonably practicable.

7.5 One Bonus at a Time

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your Account at a time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rp8vip Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any rp8vip staff member to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be reversed.
• Abusing bonus promotions as described in Section 7.3 above.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward rp8vip customer support staff or other players.
• Charging back deposits via your bank or payment provider without first attempting resolution through our official support channels.
• Operating or accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, including as an agent or nominee.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tool or self-exclusion restriction you have previously applied to your Account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the rp8vip Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game mechanics, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of rp8vip. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute infringement of copyright, trademark, or other applicable intellectual property law and will be pursued accordingly.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

rp8vip aims to maintain Platform availability of 99.8% or greater but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party network outages, or force majeure events may occasionally affect service availability. The Company will communicate planned downtime where reasonably possible.

10.2 Consequential Losses

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rp8vip shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

10.3 Maximum Liability Cap

Where the Company is found liable for any direct loss suffered by a Player, the Company's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Third-Party Services

rp8vip is not liable for the actions, omissions, or technical failures of third-party payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications networks whose services are used in connection with the Platform.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data is governed by the rp8vip Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, rp8vip collects personal data that is necessary for account administration, payment processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming monitoring. We implement industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. We do not sell your personal information to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

12. Responsible Gaming

rp8vip is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. We provide the following player-protection tools, which you may activate at any time by contacting our support team or through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automated notifications after specified periods of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period (minimum 24 hours) or permanent self-exclusion from all rp8vip Services. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts displaying the duration and net result of your current gaming session.

13. Account Termination

13.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is finalised, all pending bets will be settled and any eligible real-money balance (net of applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method subject to KYC requirements.

13.2 Termination by rp8vip

rp8vip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity in connection with your Account.
• Regulatory requirements oblige us to cease providing Services to you.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required period.
• We determine that continued provision of Services to you would expose the Company to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform immediately ceases. Any Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited upon Account closure regardless of the reason for termination. Real-money balances will be returned in accordance with Section 13.1 unless forfeiture is warranted under the circumstances described in Section 13.2.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rp8vip holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

14.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are required to submit a written complaint to [email protected]. We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Where a complaint involves a disputed game outcome, the Company's server logs and game provider data shall constitute the authoritative record.

14.2 Indonesia Market Context

Indonesian players access this Platform on an internationally licensed offshore basis. Indonesia's Public Gambling Act 1867 and its subsequent amendments apply to activities within Indonesian territory. Compliance with Indonesian domestic law is the sole responsibility of the Player. rp8vip does not represent that use of this Platform is lawful in all Indonesian jurisdictions and expressly disclaims any liability arising from a Player's breach of applicable local law.

15. Amendments to These Terms

rp8vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide not less than 14 days' advance notice by email to your registered address and by posting a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to request Account closure before the amendment takes effect. Closing your Account in response to an amendment that you find materially detrimental will not result in any penalty being applied to your Account.
